The Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges are launching a new event, National Wildlife Refuge Week: Celebration for Fall Migration, on Saturday, September 17, 2016, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The event will be held at the Tule Lake NWR Visitor Center around the Dave Menke Environmental Education Center.

Numerous free educational activities will be available throughout the day. The theme will be “Raptors in Residence” , with Free Guided Bus Tours by reservation, bird walks, Falconer demonstrations, Badger Run Wildlife Rehab will have several birds and animals in the Dave Menke Environmental Education Center, and other activities will be planned.
