Rose grew up in Alaska, surrounded by wildlife. Bears, wolves, and moose made visits to the family’s sled dog kennels. Growing up “in the woods”, Rose feels a strong bond to wildlife. Badger Run Wildlife Rehab offers an opportunity for her to give back to something that is near and dear to her heart.
Rose retired from education in 2008, leaving Alaska for Klamath Falls. She started helping at Badger Run a year ago, and looks forward to learning as much as she can about the world of wildlife rehab.
