Pat’s involvement with Badger Run began in 2003 when she brought an injured hawk into the veterinary office where our President, Liz Burton, worked at the time. Pat wanted to be involved in the hawk’s rehab and care, so she joined the organization and has been an integral part of it ever since. She obtained her own ODFW license and has rehabbed many raptors over the years. Now retired after 35 years in the medical field, she has time to take on raptors needing more intensive care. Pat is also involved with exotic cat rescue.
